AI and software development for US and Canadian companies

American companies rarely come to us because they cannot find engineers. They come because a senior AI engineer in New York or Toronto takes a quarter to hire and lands north of two hundred thousand dollars fully loaded, and because the agencies quoting six figures for a first release want six months to deliver it. We scope the same work fixed-price, hold a real morning overlap with Eastern time, and hand over the code.

Why United States & Canada businesses work with us

The hiring maths does not work for one role

A senior AI or full-stack engineer in the US costs more per month than a small team here, before recruiter fees and the months a seat sits empty. For a project with a defined shape — an assistant, an internal tool, a first SaaS release — hiring is the wrong instrument.

Agency quotes are priced for a procurement process you do not have

A mid-size US agency prices discovery, account management and a bench into every engagement. If you are a founder or a VP who already knows what needs building, most of that spend buys you meetings rather than software.

You keep the architecture decisions

Our staff-augmentation clients run their own repositories, standups and code review. We are an extension of your team, not a black box that returns a zip file — which matters when your CTO has to own the result afterwards.

Working with us from United States & Canada

How does the timezone difference actually work?

India is nine and a half hours ahead of New York. Our team holds a deliberate morning overlap with Eastern time every working day, so standups, demos and any call you need happen live. Work that does not need a conversation continues while your office is closed, which is the part US clients tend to like.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do, unconditionally. Code goes into your repository, IP assignment and confidentiality are signed before work starts, and the handover pack is written as if you were leaving — because that is the only kind of handover worth having.

How do payments work from the US?

We invoice in USD and accept wire, ACH or card. We provide a W-8BEN-E for your records. Fixed-price engagements are billed against agreed milestones; staff augmentation is billed monthly per person.

Can you sign an NDA before we describe the project?

Yes, and most US clients do. Send yours and we will sign it before the discovery call — there is nothing we need to see beforehand that would justify the other order.

Thirty minutes. One honest answer.

Tell us what is slowing your business down. You leave with a written recommendation and a fixed price — even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
