Web and SaaS application development

Full-cycle product engineering for businesses where the software is the product. Architecture, authentication, billing, multi-tenancy and admin tooling — plus the reliability work that quietly decides whether a SaaS survives its first hundred paying customers.

What we actually build

Full-cycle product engineering for businesses building software as the product. Architecture, auth, billing, multi-tenancy, admin tooling and the boring reliability work that decides whether a SaaS survives its first hundred customers.

Multi-tenant from the start

Tenant isolation, role systems and per-account configuration designed in early, because retrofitting them after your first enterprise deal is a rewrite.

Billing that actually bills

Subscriptions, trials, proration, failed payments and dunning wired to Stripe or Razorpay — the part founders always underestimate.

Phased so you ship early

We scope to a usable slice and put it in front of paying users, rather than disappearing for six months and returning with a demo.

Who this is for

Founders

A first commercial release with auth, billing and an admin panel, built to be extended.

Marketplaces

Two-sided flows, payouts and dispute handling.

Established businesses

Turning an internal system that works into a product other companies pay for.

Funded teams

Extra engineering capacity on an existing platform without a hiring cycle.

Web & SaaS Application Development — common questions

How do you price a platform build?

In phases with a fixed price per phase. A full platform is too large to quote honestly in one number, so we agree the first usable release, deliver it, then scope the next from what real usage shows.

Which stack do you build on?

Typically Next.js and Node with PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS or Cloudflare. Boring, well-documented choices, so hiring your own team later is straightforward.

Do you keep working on it after launch?

Usually yes, on a monthly retainer covering iteration, monitoring and support — but the handover pack is written as if you were leaving, so staying is a choice rather than a dependency.

Thirty minutes. One honest answer.

Tell us what is slowing your business down. You leave with a written recommendation and a fixed price — even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
