Custom internal tool development

Every business has one process running on a spreadsheet nobody dares to touch. We turn it into a proper tool built around how you already work — with roles, approvals, an audit trail and a database behind it instead of a shared file and a prayer.

From $599 · most projects land $599 – $4,500

First working release. Extended in weekly iterations once your team is using it. Larger scopes — more channels, integrations, languages or compliance work — are quoted above that band after the discovery call.

What we actually build

Every business has that one process running on a fragile spreadsheet. We turn it into a proper tool: a quoting calculator, an inventory dashboard, a vendor portal, a field-staff app. Built around how you already work, not around a template.

The spreadsheet, made safe

Same logic, now with validation, permissions, history and no chance of someone overwriting a formula on a Friday evening.

Fits your existing stack

Connects to QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Tally, Shopify or whatever you already run, so the tool joins your setup rather than replacing it.

Handed over, not rented

Code in your repository, deployment documented, team trained. You can take it to another engineer whenever you want.

Who this is for

Manufacturers

Quoting calculators, dispatch tracking and vendor portals.

Distributors

Inventory and order dashboards with dealer-level access.

Service businesses

Job scheduling, field-staff check-ins and proof of work.

Finance teams

Approval flows and reconciliation views that end the email chain.

Custom Tool Development — common questions

How fast can we see something working?

A usable first slice typically lands in about fourteen days. We scope to the one workflow that hurts most, put it in front of real users, then extend from what they actually do with it.

Can it import our existing spreadsheet data?

Yes — migration of your current sheets, including the historical rows, is part of the build. Most teams keep the sheet read-only for a fortnight as a safety net, then retire it.

What happens when we need changes later?

Either a monthly retainer with us, or your own developer picking up a documented codebase. There is no proprietary platform in the middle forcing the first option.

Thirty minutes. One honest answer.

Tell us what is slowing your business down. You leave with a written recommendation and a fixed price — even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
