Our story

Engineers who answer the phone

A product studio and engineering partner for businesses that need software built properly — without a six-month discovery phase or an enterprise invoice.

Why we exist

Good engineering has been priced out of reach for most businesses. The firms that build properly quote six figures and six-month timelines. The ones that quote cheap leave you with something nobody can maintain.

We built Scale360X to close that gap. The same architecture standards the large consultancies bill for, delivered at offshore rates, scoped to a working slice you can put in front of real users inside two weeks.

We also build and run our own products, which is the part that keeps us honest — we live with the same decisions we recommend to you.

What we hold to

Four things we will not trade away

Offshore rates, enterprise engineering

The same architecture standards the big consultancies bill six figures for, delivered at offshore rates. Fixed quotes agreed up front — no hourly billing that quietly doubles.

You own everything

Code, infrastructure, automations and documentation are handed to you. No proprietary lock-in, no hostage situation when you want to move on.

Shipped in weeks, not quarters

Most first releases land within 14 days. We scope to a working slice, put it in front of real users, then extend from what they actually do.

Built to be audited

Role-based access, encrypted data, activity logs and cited AI answers. Your customers' data stays yours — and stays defensible.

How we work

No black box. Five steps.

You see working software every week and own everything at the end. Here is exactly how a project runs.

01Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation about what is actually slowing your business down. No slide deck, no obligation — you leave with a written recommendation either way.

02Scope & fixed quote

We map the workflow, agree exactly what gets built, and quote a fixed price with a delivery date. No hourly billing that quietly doubles.

03Build in weekly demos

You see working software every week, not a status report. Change direction while it is still cheap to change direction.

04Launch & handover

We deploy, train your team, and hand over the code and documentation. You own everything we build for you.

05Support & iterate

Monitoring, fixes and improvements on a monthly retainer — or a clean exit if you would rather run it yourself.

The team

Who you will actually be working with

Engineering partners answer their own phone. These are the people who scope the work, write the code and stay on it after launch — backed by the wider bench of engineers, designers and QA who join a project as it needs them.

Rahul Kumar

Founder

Backend and product engineer with 20+ products delivered into client production. Builds the AI work himself — RAG systems, custom assistants, voice agents and chatbots on the official WhatsApp Business API — on a stack of Node, NestJS, Express, Bun and Hono, with Next.js and React Native in front of it. Founded Scale360X to build automation and production-grade software for businesses being quoted enterprise prices for ordinary work, and still owns the architecture on every engagement.

LinkedIn

Shubham Kumar

Vice President

Four years building web applications in Python and Django, React and Next.js. Runs delivery across client engagements — scope, timelines and the weekly demos — leads the engineering team, and works AI tooling into how the software is built rather than treating it as a separate product line. Owns the product lifecycle from first spec to the release that ships.

LinkedIn

Aryan

Product Manager

Four years in UI/UX and product design, with the brand side to match — posters, graphics and the print-ready label systems behind our packaging work. Turns a scoped brief into what gets built each week: user flows, priorities and the design calls that keep a first release small enough to ship.

Thirty minutes. One honest answer.

Tell us what is slowing your business down. You leave with a written recommendation and a fixed price — even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
