AI and automation for D2C brands and marketplace sellers

An online brand does not usually have a traffic problem. It has a margin problem — returns to origin on unconfirmed COD orders, a support inbox that grows with every campaign, and a catalogue that has to be right in three places at once. All three are automation, not headcount.

What usually breaks

COD orders that were never really orders

Unconfirmed cash on delivery is the most expensive line in Indian e-commerce — shipping paid twice for a parcel that comes back. An automated WhatsApp or voice confirmation before dispatch, with a prepaid-switch offer, turns a chunk of that into either a confirmed order or a cancellation you did not pay to ship.

The same eight questions, every day, forever

Where is my order, do you deliver to my pincode, what is the return window, is this in stock. A chatbot connected to your order data answers them with the actual status rather than a policy link, and escalates only what is genuinely new.

Catalogue and stock live in three systems

Own store, marketplace listings, and a spreadsheet somebody maintains. Overselling and price mismatches follow. Syncing them is a workflow problem — and once built, it stops being a daily task.

Post-purchase is left to the courier

Dispatch, delivery and review requests handled on WhatsApp in your voice, rather than the courier's SMS template, is where repeat purchase actually comes from — and it is a workflow you build once.

Questions from this sector

Does this work with Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes — both, plus marketplace seller panels through their APIs where they offer them. Orders, inventory and fulfilment status are the usual data we work with, and none of it requires replacing your storefront.

Is WhatsApp order messaging allowed?

On the official WhatsApp Business API, yes, using approved templates for transactional messages like confirmation and dispatch. Unofficial tools get numbers banned, and it is always the number your whole customer base messages.

How quickly does COD confirmation pay for itself?

It depends on your current RTO rate and average order value, which is the first thing we ask for. If the arithmetic does not work at your volume, we will say so on the call rather than after the build.
