Packaging, websites and automation for food and FMCG brands

A food brand is judged twice before anyone tastes anything: on the shelf, and on the website a distributor opens before replying to your email. We do both — the label system that carries a whole range, and the site that turns a trade buyer into an enquiry.

What usually breaks

Every SKU looks like a different company

Labels designed one at a time drift apart — different type, different badge positions, different panel structure. By the tenth flavour, the shelf looks like a wholesaler's rack. One panel system, applied across flavours and pack sizes, fixes it and makes the eleventh SKU cheap.

200g and 500g are not the same artwork scaled

Shrink a 500g layout onto a 200g pouch and the declarations fall below legal minimum sizes and the name stops being readable at arm's length. Each pack size needs its own layout inside the same system.

Distributors judge you by the website in ninety seconds

Trade buyers check whether a brand looks like it can supply consistently. A slow site with a stock-photo hero and no product detail answers that question the wrong way.

Enquiries scatter across WhatsApp, email and Instagram DMs

Distributor enquiries are worth too much to lose in a DM folder. Routing them into one place, with automatic acknowledgement and follow-up, is a week of work that pays back on the first order.

IGM Food packaging — Label & pouch design

Work in this sector

IGM Food packaging

For IGM Food we designed one label system across the full range — makhana, dry fruits and snack mixes, in jars and in 200g and 500g pouches — and built the SEO-first website the brand's distributor enquiries arrive through.

Questions from this sector

Do you handle FSSAI and declaration panels?

We lay out the mandatory declarations — licence number, nutrition, ingredients, allergens, net quantity, veg mark — in the positions and minimum sizes the rules require. The content itself comes from you or your food consultant; we make sure it is placed and legible.

Can you work with our existing printer?

Yes, and we take their specification first — substrate, dieline, colour profile, bleed — so the artwork runs without a round of corrections.

We sell on marketplaces too. Does the same design work?

It has to. A pack that reads on a shelf and disappears as a 300-pixel thumbnail is half a design. We check the layout at thumbnail size as part of the work.
